I first came across counselling as a teenager, when I needed help. Over time counselling, yoga and meditation helped me to heal, and became a way I could help others in their time of need.
I have studied Eastern and Western models of the mind extensively and have over 10 years experience in counselling, yoga and meditation. Helping you to work through your issues and develop your yoga and meditation practice, bringing calm and helping you to de-stress your life. Even if you are not local we can work together online or on the phone.
I believe everyone needs a safe space to discover themselves and what they want from life. To heal and come to terms with what’s happened in the past so we can live a more fulfilling future.
Ultimately all the therapies I offer are there to help you have a better relationship with your Self. I do this because in my work I have seen how often we are kinder, more compassionate and forgiving of others and how harsh we are to ourselves. This way of being holds us back from being our best, feeling fulfilled and happy.
