'When I attended the open event, I was unsure if meditation would be for me. During the first meditation Charlotte asked us to visualise smelling touching and eating a lemon, as my mouth started watering, I found myself starting to relax and unwind. By the time we were finished I was so chilled out I felt amazing, all my worries had gone and I was great full for that moment of peace. Nothing else mattered and I had time to concentrate on me. Charlotte's friendly approach really helped and I would recommend her classes to everyone!'
